What we look for in Account Manager candidates:
Role Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years’ experience within the industry
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering and nurturing strong relationships.
Understanding client goals, challenges, and expectations to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focusing on PPC and Paid Social channels to meet client objectives within budget constraints.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other relevant channels.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously optimise campaign performance.
Lead and manage a team of Biddable Executives, providing direction, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimisation.
Effectively manage budgets across client accounts, including forecasting, cost control, and maximising profitability, identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services to increase client revenue and satisfaction.
